- Groups over 25 guests: +$5 per person for staffing and cleanup
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date (applied to total).
- Remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
- Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full payment.
- Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable for all cancellations.
- If Beach Box must cancel your event for any reason (e.g., maintenance or unforeseen issues), a full refund or credit will be provided.
