Host parties, team events, corporate and school gatherings on indoor sand. Off-peak rates below. 2-hour minimum. These rates are for parties, team events, corporate/team-building, school groups, team celebrations, and other organized group gatherings during available/off-peak hours.

Custom Pricing

Peak-Time / Programming Buyout

  • During training, leagues, open play, tournaments, or rentals
  • If an event is during regularly scheduled training, leagues, open play, tournaments, rentals, or other programming, quote separately based on space used and any programming that would need to move or cancel.

Add-Ons & Upgrades

  • Extra time: +$60 per hour
  • Staff facilitator or coach-led games: +$100
  • Setup & cleanup service: +$40
  • Sound / lighting / music upgrade: +$25
  • Lounge or mezzanine exclusivity: +$50
  • Outside food setup (tables, coolers, decorations): +$50
  • Groups over 25 guests: +$5 per person for staffing and cleanup

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date (applied to total).
  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full payment.
  • Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable for all cancellations.
  • If Beach Box must cancel your event for any reason (e.g., maintenance or unforeseen issues), a full refund or credit will be provided.
