How Open Play Works (New System)

To make sure every open play session is worth your time, we've implemented a minimum signup requirement. Here's what you need to know:

Sessions require a minimum of 4 players signed up in advance to run. If the minimum isn't met, the session will be canceled and you'll be notified 1 hour before it was scheduled to start. If the session is confirmed, walk-ins are welcome — but signing up in advance is strongly encouraged so you're guaranteed a spot and never make the trip for nothing. All cancellations are fully refunded.

Sign up through the app before you head out — it takes 30 seconds and saves you the drive.

Open Play format

• Each court is a King/Queen style of play and each court has a designated level so there is a place for all levels of play
• One side will be the King/Queen side. If you are on that side and win the rally, you stay. If you lose the rally, the team that beat you waves under the net and you go get back in either the blocker/defender line or the server line (or the setting line if it’s 3v3).
• No need to come with a partner as you will have a random partner(s) each time you’re on the court
• First 28 players we will run 2v2 King/Queen and between 28-55 players we will run 3v3 King/Queen
• We will cut off entry at 55 players (first come first serve)
